Job description

G2A.COM is the world's largest marketplace for digital entertainment. On our platform, over 35 million people from 180 countries have already purchased more than 145 million digital items. Why? Sellers from all over the world present a rich offering of over 125,000 digital codes for games, software, gift cards, subscriptions, DLCs, in-game items, and various digital entertainment. We are a safe marketplace, where sellers guarantee instant delivery.

What else sets us apart? G2A.COM is a place co-created by a team of around 400 exceptional experts representing 10 nationalities. Most of us work in a hybrid model, some remotely, or on-site in a chosen location. Our R&D center is in Rzeszow, we also have office in Warsaw. The company's main headquarters are in Hong Kong, with the central office in Amsterdam.

We address each other by our first name, we are supportive, and we share knowledge. We operate based on DEI values – Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and provide extensive development opportunities – in 2025, we delivered approximately 86 development and wellbeing events. We work in a dynamically changing environment, continuously implementing and utilizing the latest technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) or augmented reality (AR).

Our mission is to seek new opportunities, pursue continuous growth, and deliver engaging entertainment. G2A’s vision is to build and strengthen its position as a leader in the digital industry by creating a comprehensive, integrated digital ecosystem based on innovative technologies and cutting‑edge cybersecurity solutions.

As part of our “First in Digital, Digital First” strategy, we emphasize the balance between being external innovators and internal drivers of progress—leading digital transformation while simultaneously developing people to thrive in an ever‑changing environment. This approach allows us to shape a future where technology and human potential go hand in hand, delivering exceptional results and driving sustainable growth.

We regularly check job satisfaction. According to the latest survey, as many as 96% of people trust themselves and support one another, 97% appreciate teamwork, and 83% highly value managerial support. The average tenure at G2A.COM is an impressive 5 years. This is simply a place where people want to be.

We place particular emphasis on maintaining a healthy work–life balance, as well as on the value of Deliver Value – providing value to the user, the company, oneself, and the people we work or collaborate with.

By joining us, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and create projects with international brands such as Google, PayPal, Amazon, VISA, Mastercard, PayU, EY, Synerise, Modivo, Empik, and Microsoft. We think and act globally, and in our daily work, we are guided by analysis and data, although intuition and experience‑based insights are also considered a significant asset. We invite you to join us on the journey of co‑creating Gate2Adventure – the gateway to the world of digital entertainment.

We’re waiting for you!

At G2A, we’re looking for a Product Manager (Marketplace / E-commerce) who sees the customer experience as more than just a single feature. We’re looking for someone to join our Marketplace and Customer Experience area, understand the barriers and pain points that arise throughout the purchasing journey, combine data with the customer perspective, and work closely with the development team to continuously improve the shopping experience while keeping conversion and business goals in focus.

There’s a lot going on here, and priorities evolve based on current business needs. We won’t limit you to a single feature. You’ll coordinate a variety of marketplace elements, giving you a complete view of the customer journey and a real opportunity to shape it. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, curious, enjoy working with people, and feel comfortable managing several topics at once.

You won’t be starting from scratch. The area already has data, a backlog, and an established structure. We’re looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed, ask the right questions, and turn the most important problems into concrete directions for action. We’re looking for someone who can make the most of what we already have and, together with the team, consistently improve the customer experience.

At the same time, this role offers plenty of room for growth. The Marketplace operates on a global scale and gives you the opportunity to work on complex challenges from Customer Experience and conversion to payments and fraud, as well as differences between markets and customer behavior across different parts of the world. Over time, you can expand your scope of responsibility, influence larger areas of the shopping experience, and grow both as a subject‑matter expert and toward broader product ownership and responsibility for product development.

You’re a perfect match for the role, if:
  • You have 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital environment, such as e-commerce, a marketplace, fintech, or a similar field, and have had real ownership of understanding problems, defining direction, and making product decisions — rather than simply gathering and passing on requirements
  • You are comfortable working with data - you can read reports and dashboards, ask the right questions, and draw insights from the results
  • You have a basic understanding of statistics and experiment design and can apply it to product decision‑making
  • You work with a Continuous Discovery mindset and are familiar with the Opportunity Solution Tree approach
  • You can collaborate with developers to shape solutions, understanding technical constraints and the impact of technical debt without needing to be a technical expert
  • You work effectively with UX Design, UX Research, and Data Analytics specialists.
  • You understand the specifics of digital goods and topics such as delivery, customer acquisition, complaints, and refunds
  • You are familiar with consumer market regulations and understand how customer support interactions can serve as an important source of insight into users’ problems and needs
  • You are comfortable working in a global digital environment, taking into account differences between markets and local payment methods
  • You have English proficiency at B2 level or higher, allowing you to work comfortably with documentation and collaborate in an international environment
  • You are comfortable working within a One Product / LeSS model, with a shared backlog, collaboration across multiple teams, and no permanent ownership of a single product area
Additional advantages:
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • A university degree in business, technology, economics, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Continuous Discovery Habits and Reforge
  • Experience with scaled frameworks such as LeSS, Nexus, or SAFe
Your responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of users and the business across the customer journey, identifying the most important problems and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead Continuous Discovery and maintain an Opportunity Solution Tree as a tool to support decision‑making
  • Combine qualitative and quantitative data - research findings, signals from customer support and complaints, data, funnels, and experiment results - to understand what is actually blocking users
  • Design and analyze experiments, including A/B tests and rapid validation methods such as fake door and concierge, to validate hypotheses as quickly and cost‑effectively as possible
  • Identify business value and validate the rationale for initiatives, taking into account the specifics of digital goods, their delivery, sourcing, complaints, and refunds, as well as the global context of payments, risk, and fraud
  • Co‑create and maintain a shared Product Backlog together with the Product Owner, other Product Managers, and teams
  • Participate in the Product operating rhythm and ensure feedback loops are closed after releases from monitoring outcomes to drawing conclusions and making further decisions
  • Influence the product direction through data, knowledge, and collaboration. You’ll bring the user and business perspective, help teams make informed decisions, and build a shared understanding of problems and solutions. Your impact will be based on evidence and collaboration rather than formal authority
Why is joining us worth it?
  • You can work in a hybrid model, from the office, or remotely
  • You receive all the necessary work resources, such as a laptop and/or a phone
  • We can provide and deliver ergonomic and electronic equipment for your home office, such as footrests, stability balls, chair with back support, monitor, mousepad, laptop docking station, mouse, keyboard, headphones
  • We provide an opportunity for realizing new ideas and appreciate them a lot
  • We encourage the development of skills and competences with internal and external trainings
  • We value DEI – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • We support grassroots initiatives and take part in charity events
  • We offer valuable benefits, such as:
  • the welcome pack,
  • vouchers for the Motivizer platform (each month the employees receive a pool of 250 points they can spend on many products and services available in the system),
  • the MultiSport card,
  • an opportunity to take part in internal and external trainings and industry events,
  • many more
  • You will receive discount codes to use on the G2A.COM sales platform so that you can enjoy the benefits of our offers and services
