Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Product Manager, Customer Value – Intelligent Equipment, to identify customer needs and build business cases leveraging data, digital and AI. You will drive adoption of Cytiva’s digital offerings, collaborating with R&D, Solution Architects and development teams to deliver solutions that reduce downtime and improve service value.

The role is based in Poland and on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in any discipline with relevant work experience.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role (customer success, account management, field applications, technical sales or service).
• Experience delivering product demonstrations and onboarding/adoption programs for digital/software solutions.
• Experience building quantified customer value assessments or business cases (ROI, downtime, productivity).
• Fluent written and spoken English; good knowledge of Polish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Understand real customer needs and quantify value for opportunities across Service and Hardware.
• Identify high-value needs Cytiva can solve with data, digital and AI; build business cases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to translate needs into clear statements and success criteria.
• Support co-development, beta and pilot programs; test solutions in real operations and refine ideas quickly.
• Drive adoption with regional sales teams; capture outcomes as customer stories to guide the roadmap.
