Cytiva, part of Danaher, is offering a 12-month Digital Innovation Intern position located on-site in Krakow, Poland. You will support Data, AI and Technology initiatives, translate ideas into concrete deliveries, and create practical proof-of-concepts to improve decision-making and productivity.

Ideal candidates are currently studying or recently completed STEM studies, with curiosity about data, AI and automation, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently completed studies in STEM fields such as data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, information systems or related discipline.
• Curious and motivated to learn with an interest in data, AI, automation, technology and applying them to solve business problems.
• Able to think analytically, structure information, ask good questions and translate ideas into clear actions.
• Communicates clearly in written and verbal formats with confidence to share updates and findings.
• Collaborative and proactive, able to work with others and contribute to a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Accelerate innovation by supporting prioritized AI and Technology initiatives.
• Perform business analysis activities, clarifying requirements and managing use cases with business users.
• Create user stories for selected ideas and deliveries to support solution design and implementation.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts using tools such as Copilot and Salesforce Agents to explore automation and AI-enabled solutions.
