Job summary

Wrike ищет лидера продукта для направления Klaxoon внутри платформы Wrike. Ваша задача — определить стратегию, приоритеты и дорожную карту для компонентов белой доски, визуального сотрудничества и AI-интеграций, доводя видение до реализации через тесное сотрудничество с кросс-функциональными командами.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Wrike is a work management platform that helps teams and organizations collaborate, create, and manage work in one place. Its Klaxoon product area focuses on visual collaboration and whiteboarding experiences within the broader platform.

Задачи:

• Define and drive the Klaxoon strategy, vision, priorities, and roadmap across whiteboard experience, AI strategy, vertical differentiation, and Wrike/Klaxoon convergence
• Raise the Klaxoon product experience to a world-class visual collaboration standard
• Drive adoption among Wrike customers and identify high-value vertical use cases
• Build processes, tooling, and mindsets that enable the R&D organization to work AI-natively
• Identify where agentic workflows can change how the team operates and scales output
• Coach, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers
• Develop Product Managers from feature ownership toward strategic product leadership
• Build a shared product culture across Wrike and Klaxoon
• Shape the future of Klaxoon as a whiteboarding and visual collaboration experience inside Wrike
• Balance adoption, AI, vertical strategy, customer retention, product convergence, and innovation
• Strengthen the link between Wrike and Klaxoon teams, products, and cultures

Требования:

• Proven experience leading Product Managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs
• Ability to make hard trade-offs across investments, customer expectations, product convergence, innovation, and long-term strategy
• Ability to align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive stakeholders
• Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing the performance of Product Managers
• Practical understanding of AI-native product strategy and differentiated AI use cases in visual collaboration
• Ability to balance product power, simplicity, adoption, and customer experience in collaborative tools
• Nice to have: experience with visual collaboration, whiteboarding, CWM, work management, or team collaboration products; practical understanding of agentic workflows and AI-native product development; proficiency in French; visionary mindset for redefining complex product areas for the AI-native future
