Job summary

Wrike is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead Klaxoon, Wrike’s visual collaboration strategy and whiteboarding evolution within the CWM platform. You will define and drive strategy across whiteboard core experience, AI, vertical use cases, and Wrike/Klaxoon convergence to a single product.

You will shape the PM team, mentor managers, and balance innovation with customer needs, creating a world-class visual collaboration tool while unifying Wrike and Klaxoon's product leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product managers or large product areas.
• Deep knowledge of product discovery, validation, positioning, roadmaps and metrics.
• Experience with B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs.
• Ability to trade off investments, customer expectations, and long-term direction.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Experience coaching and developing product managers.
• Understanding of AI-native product strategy.
• Good UX judgment balancing power, simplicity, adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Klaxoon strategy: vision, priorities, and roadmap across core whiteboard experience and AI strategy.
• Grow whiteboard adoption and Wrike/Klaxoon convergence into a seamless product.
• Enable AI-native R&D with scalable processes and workflows.
• Develop the PM team into strategic product leaders across Wrike and Klaxoon.
