• Координация интеграции с платежными системами, внутренними системами банка и бухгалтерскими системами клиентов
• Анализ рынка, конкурентов и потребностей корпоративных клиентов; определение целевых сегментов и условий предложения
• Мониторинг удовлетворенности клиентов и эффективности продукта/процессов (продажи, конверсия, риски, операционные показатели)
• Подготовка документации: регуляции, соглашения, внутренние коммуникации, материалы для продаж и маркетинга

The team develops products and financing processes for corporate clients, supporting the growth of business banking. It combines business expertise and technology to deliver effective, modern, and secure financing solutions.

• Design and develop financing offerings for business clients, from concept to implementation
• Prepare business and functional requirements, product specifications, processes, and procedures
• Collaborate with IT and development teams, as well as compliance, risk, operations, legal, and sales departments
• Coordinate technology integration with payment systems, the bank’s internal systems, and clients’ accounting systems
• Analyze the market, competitors, and business client needs;
• define target segments and offer terms;
• monitor customer satisfaction
• Monitor product and process performance, including sales, conversion, risks, operational metrics, costs, and duration
• Prepare documentation, including regulations, agreements, internal communications, and sales and marketing materials
