Qualifications

• Минимум 5 лет опыта в бизнес-аналитике, стратегии, консалтинге или бизнес-развитии.
• Опыт в финтех, платежах, электронной торговле или консалтинге.
• Опыт ведения международных проектов/инициатив.
• Умение вести инициативы от идеи до внедрения и оценки результатов.
• Умение превращать данные в бизнес-рекомендации.
• Отличное знание SQL и Excel.
• Ответственность за результаты.
• Уровень английского не ниже C1.

Responsibilities

• Проводить стратегический анализ, бизнес-кейсы и рекомендации для поддержки принятия решений.
• Анализировать рынок и возможности для новых разработок и инноваций в финансовых и платежных сервисах.
• Проводить предварительную оценку стратегических партнерств и инноваций.
• Руководить инициативами от анализа до внедрения и оценки результатов.
• Моделировать бизнес-сценарии, прогнозы и финансовый анализ.
• Контролировать ключевые бизнес- и финансовые показатели и давать рекомендации по оптимизации.
• Сотрудничать с продуктом, продажами, маркетингом и финансами.

The first Paczkomat® devices appeared in Kraków in 2009 and quickly became an integral part of online shopping, guaranteeing speed and convenience. In Financial Services, we develop convenient, contextual financial and payment products for InPost users. We are looking for someone who combines business analytics with strategic thinking and can take ownership of initiatives from concept to implementation.

Задачи:

• Preparing strategic analyses, business cases and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Conducting market analysis and identifying new development and innovation opportunities in financial and payment services.
• Conducting initial assessments of strategic partnerships, including in the area of innovation.
• Leading business initiatives from analysis and recommendations through implementation and evaluation of results.
• Modelling business scenarios, preparing forecasts and financial analyses.
• Monitoring key business and financial metrics and recommending optimization measures.
• Working with product, sales, marketing and finance teams.
• Preparing materials and recommendations for senior management.
• Developing analytical standards and supporting the organization in making data-driven decisions.
• Using AI tools to increase the efficiency of analyses and business processes.

Требования:

• At least 5 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, strategic consulting or business development
• Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, e-commerce or strategic consulting
• Experience leading international projects or initiatives
• Ability to independently lead initiatives from idea to implementation and evaluation of results
• Experience preparing business models, forecasts and scenario analyses
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations
• Very good knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Accountability for results
• Inquisitiveness and business acumen
• Highly developed communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• Very good command of English (at least C1)

Будет плюсом:

• Experience in performance management (metrics analytics), including financial performance;
• Experience in retail banking related to launching new financial products or developing existing ones;
• Knowledge of Power BI, VBA, DAX or other Business Intelligence tools;
• Practical use of AI tools in data analysis and business decision-making
