Job summary

Enfint ищет продакт-менеджера для направления клиентских интерфейсов в рамках портфолио технологий для разработчиков. Вы будете отвечать за backlog и перевод стратегии в требования для инженерной команды.

Роль предусматривает становление SME продукта, сотрудничество с лидерами и активное участие в сообществе разработчиков через интервью и сбор обратной связи, чтобы улучшать Adoption и метрики успеха.

Qualifications

• Требуется 3–5 лет продакт-менеджмента, опыт выпуска инструментов для разработчиков.
• Опыт 5+ лет в инженерной роли в инструментах для разработчиков приветствуется.
• Знание SDLC, CI/CD, IaC и API-дизайна обязательно.
• Способность общаться с инженерами и обсуждать архитектурные решения.
• Эмпатия к разработчикам и хорошие коммуникативные навыки.

Responsibilities

• Владение бэклогом и повседневной реализацией ключевого направления.
• Преобразование стратегии в требования, user stories и спецификации для командной разработки.

• Определение и анализ метрик успеха и внедрения продукта.

Задачи

• Own the product backlog and day-to-day execution for a key feature area of the Client Side Interfaces portfolio;
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and clear specifications for the engineering team;
• Become the subject matter expert for the product and serve as the go-to resource for engineering, marketing, sales, and the developer community;
• Define, track, and analyze metrics measuring product success and adoption;
• Partner with senior product leaders to align the feature roadmap with broader strategic goals;
• Engage directly with the developer community through interviews, dogfooding, and community feedback.

Требования

• 3–5 Years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping products or features for a developer-facing tool, cloud service, or technical infrastructure product;
• 5+ Years of engineering experience in developer tools may be considered for candidates transitioning into product management;
• Strong understanding of the modern software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and API design principles;
• Ability to be a technically credible partner to engineering and discuss product architecture, trade-offs, and implementation approaches;
• Deep empathy for developers, particularly those working with data;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with metrics;
• Nice to have: A technical degree in CS or Engineering or equivalent software engineering experience, hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or Terraform, experience with connectivity tools, developer SDKs, APIs, or programmatic interfaces, experience building or contributing to an open-source developer community.
