Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Product Manager, Customer Value – Intelligent Equipment, to identify customer needs and translate them into data-driven solutions spanning service and hardware. You will build compelling business cases and drive adoption of Cytiva’s digital offerings.

Role reports to the Product Director, Intelligent Equipment, within the Automation & Digital Product Management team in Poland, and is an on-site position with travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or higher required.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations and customer onboarding.
• Experience building quantified customer value assessments or business cases.

Responsibilities

• Understand real customer needs: lead deep discovery with biomanufacturing customers to uncover problems and quantify value.
• Find where Cytiva can win: identify high-value needs solvable with data, digital, and AI and build a business case.
• Shape what gets built: collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to define clear problem statements and success criteria.
• Prove value early: support co-development, beta and pilot programs and test solutions in real operations.
• Deliver measurable impact: drive adoption with regional sales teams and capture outcomes as customer stories guiding the roadmap.
