Job summary

InPost is hiring a Product Manager to own and evolve the collaboration platforms used by the business, starting with Jira, Confluence, and Service Desk, and expanding to Teams and Miro. You will define what to build, why it matters, and align stakeholders across markets while driving a critical Jira Cloud migration.

You’ll work with the Collaboration Platforms team, coordinate requirements from multiple markets, and set governance standards for tools with no current owner.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk).
• Solid product management experience and project-management mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across markets and functions.
• Assertiveness to defend standards when needed.
• Polish and English fluency for meetings and conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, backlog and governance for collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, Teams, Miro, etc.).
• Drive the Jira Cloud migration as the first priority, coordinating with external delivery partners.
• Partner daily with Collaboration Platforms team to define what and why.
• Gather requirements from business and technical stakeholders across markets and prioritize.
• Set standards and direction for tools with no current owner as they are added to scope.
• Represent the platform roadmap to stakeholders across markets and functions.
