Job summary

InPost is seeking a Product Manager to own our collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk) with plans to expand to Teams, Miro and beyond. You will manage the roadmap, backlog and governance while partnering with cross-market stakeholders.

The role emphasizes Jira Cloud migration, strong stakeholder communication in Polish and English, and an ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility while working remotely from Poland.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk).
Solid product management experience with a project-management mindset.
Strong stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.
Assertiveness to set standards and defend decisions.
Polish and English fluency for meetings and daily stakeholder conversations.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap, backlog and governance for collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk).
Drive the Jira Cloud migration as the first priority, coordinating with external partners.
Partner daily with the Collaboration Platforms team to define what and why.
Gather requirements from stakeholders across markets, prioritise and defend decisions.
Represent the platform roadmap to stakeholders across markets and functions.
