Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager for Administration & Governance in Poland. You will shape enterprise admin experiences, enable self-service for projects, and provide governance controls across identity, permissions, auditing, and spending while collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success in a fully remote environment.

You will translate customer needs into scalable product experiences, define success metrics, and lead governance from pilot to production.

Formación

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms.
• Experience building self-service products that deliver a strong developer experience while meeting governance and operational needs.
• Understanding of software builders’ needs and enterprise infrastructure responsibilities.
• Ability to reason about identity management, permissions, and usage attribution.
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and feedback synthesis.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation and enterprise adoption.
• Make project creation and onboarding self-service for employees.
• Develop a unified company-wide administration experience for visibility into projects, usage, and resources.
• Define ownership, access, and permissions to balance independence with oversight.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to translate requirements into governance features.
• Define success metrics and implement end-to-end product measurement.
