Job summary

INFUSE is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead internal systems, automation initiatives, and business process transformation from problem to implementation, adoption, and measurable results. You will partner with leadership to translate strategic goals into effective product solutions and work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will own cross-functional initiatives, drive digital transformation, and leverage AI, automation and no-code tools

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, project, business analysis or transformation roles.

• Experience re-engineering processes and driving digital transformation.
• Understanding when to apply software development vs automation/no-code solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead internal systems, automation initiatives, and business process transformation projects from an initial business problem through implementation, adoption, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and department heads to define the vision and direction for new solutions, systems, and process improvements that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Transform strategic goals into actionable product solutions, aligning technical capabilities with business priorities
• Lead the end-to-end MarTech enterprise product lifecycle – own initiatives from an ambiguous business problem through discovery, process analysis, solution design, prioritization, delivery, implementation, adoption, and measurable business results
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement. Re-engineer processes and implement new, effective solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts, product designers, engineering teams, and other departments to deliver measurable outcomes. Independently own individual projects or specific product stages when needed
• Work with process owners and department leaders to implement solutions in day-to-day operations, support adoption, collect feedback, and validate whether the expected business outcome has been achieved
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product, Project, Business Analysis, or transformation roles within digital or technology-driven companies, including direct ownership of internal systems or business process initiatives
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from an ambiguous business problem through discovery, solution design, delivery, implementation, adoption, and measurable results
• Experience analyzing and re-engineering business processes, implementing internal products or systems, and driving digital transformation
• Strong understanding of product and project management practices, with the ability to determine when software development is needed and when a simpler operational or automation solution is more appropriate
• Practical experience using AI, automation, and no-code/low-code tools to improve workflows, validate hypotheses, or build early-stage prototypes. Experience with tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar is preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and delivery skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and alignment skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely across time zones
• Experience in B2B marketing operations, lead generation, demand generation, marketing automation, or MarTech is a plus
• Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level)
