FMC Corporation in Warsaw is seeking a detail-oriented Label Specialist to ensure accurate and compliant product labeling across the EMEA region. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage label changes and readiness for our manufacturing network.

The role requires experience with SAP or other ERP systems, 2+ years in supply chain, planning or scheduling, and strong communication to manage vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in supply chain, planning or scheduling (regulated industry experience is a plus).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (master data or label creation experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage external vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with inventory, supply planning, or production scheduling processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Label Projects: Coordinate development and execution of new and updated product labels across internal and third-party manufacturing sites.
• Support Master Data: Execute material and component SKU creation, extension, and updates in collaboration with SAP Master Data teams.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with regulatory, marketing, planning, and manufacturing teams to ensure label compliance and availability.
• Coordinate with Vendors: Liaise with graphic design firms to ensure label requirements are met and aligned with FMC and regulatory standards.
• Ensure Compliance: Support registration activities and escalate supply risks that could impact compliant product delivery.
