Ecolab, Inc. in Kraków is seeking a Product Label Administrator to maintain labeling processes and manage label specification changes for products across the European portfolio, ensuring compliance with corporate identity standards and European legislation.

You will work with internal teams and external agencies, use InDesign/Illustrator, and contribute to accurate artwork data in EPIC and related systems while developing your career in a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1+ years of commercial or technical apprenticeship in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with graphic software (InDesign / Illustrator) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure.
• Ability manage work and time efficiently.

We are currently looking to recruit for a Product Label Administrator to join our local Global Specifications team in a Global Supply Chain Division.

As a Product Label Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the product labeling process and managing label specification changes for products within the European portfolio. The role ensures compliance with Ecolab’s corporate identity standards and applicable European legislation.
