Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer across web apps and integrations
• Positive attitude and empathy towards users and team members
• Leading design processes from discovery through delivery and post-launch analysis
• Iterative design approach with small, continuous improvements
• Decisions based on data and user understanding
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for rallying teams around a design vision
• Comfortable with AI as a baseline skill and integrating AI-driven features
• User research experience
• Some knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Based in the EMEA region

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to identify UX challenges and opportunities from product vision and requirements
• Collaborate with software engineers end-to-end to maximize impact for users and business
• Conduct user experience research using qualitative and quantitative approaches
• Understand complex product workflows and distill into intuitive user flows and consistent component behaviors
• Manage both big-picture vision and day-to-day challenges of building a complex user-facing product
• Foster a supportive environment within your team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified user experience
