Job summary

Lisk is building a new kind of financial platform for businesses that integrates crypto infrastructure with a modern, simple experience. You’ll own the design across end-to-end flows, from research to high-fidelity UI, and work with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to ship.

This early-stage role involves defining foundational UX patterns, designing around deep third‑party integrations, and shaping how businesses move money globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience across web and mobile.
• Strong fintech background with financial product shipping.
• Experience with crypto or on-chain products.
• Proven portfolio showing end-to-end work (required).
• Experience building/designing a design system.
• Excellent written communication for remote teams.
• Fluency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Ability to work across European time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own design areas end-to-end: discovery, problem framing, flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, launch, and iteration.
• Build and maintain the design system - components, patterns, and guidelines that scale across web and mobile.
• Design complex financial workflows end-to-end, including the states and edge cases most teams skip.
• Make tight scope and tradeoff calls in close partnership with product and engineering.
• Design within the capability boundaries of our integration partners, and push back where the experience demands it.
• Run customer research end-to-end - interviews, usability testing, prototype testing - and turn what you learn into design direction.
• Define what good looks like for the areas you own and hold the bar on craft.
• Contribute to product strategy and help shape what gets built next.
