Ondo Finance is hiring a product designer to shape the core experiences of app.ondo.finance, serving private clients, high‑value investors, and primary‑market participants across blockchain ecosystems. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, shipping polished, end‑to‑end experiences in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Research.

We’re hiring across mid and senior levels, with ownership calibrated to your experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience in web or mobile.
• Fintech, trading, investing, or banking product experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio of end-to-end design systems.
• Ability to work in a remote, low-oversight environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex financial concepts into intuitive product experiences.
• Design end-to-end flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile.
• Contribute to product strategy with Product and Engineering.
• Develop and evolve design system documentation and tooling.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Define design success metrics and measure impact.
