Job summary

VGW is seeking a Product Designer to steward the player experience across mobile and web, balancing user-centric design with business strategy. The role is a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract based in Poland, joining a dedicated Product and Revenue team to deliver accessible, scalable experiences that players love.

You will create end-to-end UX/UI specs, wireframes, and prototypes for native apps and core platform features, build design systems and reusable components for smooth engineering

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing consumer-facing mobile apps with a deep understanding of app design systems and component-based architectures.
• Demonstrated proficiency using modern UI/UX tools (such as Figma) alongside AI-assisted design and prototyping workflows.
• Solid understanding of front-end technical constraints, platform guidelines (iOS/Android/Web), and experience partnering closely with engineering teams.
• Strong background in user-centred design methodologies, rapid prototyping, and translating complex user journeys into intuitive digital products.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to articulate design rationale and work autonomously within a distributed, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end UX/UI specifications, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for native app and core platform features.
• Translate complex interaction challenges into robust, code-ready design systems and reusable component libraries for seamless engineering hand-offs.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate prototyping workflows, generative research synthesis, and documentation efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional platform engineers and product managers to validate designs through usability testing and data-driven insights.
