Job summary

VGW is seeking a Product Designer in Kraków, Poland to join the Product and Revenue team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own the player experience, balancing user-centered design with business goals across mobile and web platforms.

Responsibilities include creating end-to-end UX/UI specs, translating interactions into robust design systems, and collaborating with engineers and product managers to validate designs through usability testing and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing consumer-facing mobile apps with strong design systems.
• Proficiency with UI/UX tools (Figma) and AI-assisted prototyping workflows.
• Solid understanding of front-end constraints and platform guidelines; collaborate with engineering teams.
• Strong user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and translating complex journeys into intuitive products.
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously within a distributed, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end UX/UI specifications, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for native app and core platform features.
• Translate complex interaction challenges into robust design systems and reusable component libraries for seamless engineering hand-offs.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate prototyping workflows, generative research synthesis, and documentation efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional platform engineers and product managers to validate designs through usability testing and data-driven insights.
