Job summary

VGW in Kraków is seeking a Product Designer to join the Product and Revenue team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive the player experience with a user-centric approach, creating engaging mobile and web app designs.

You will craft end-to-end UX/UI specs, wireframes, and prototypes, build scalable design systems, and collaborate with engineers and product managers to validate designs through usability testing.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Product and Revenue team in Poland and are currently looking for a Product Designer to join the team.

In this role, you will be the custodian of the player experience, balancing user-centric design with business strategy to design highly engaging, accessible, and scalable mobile and web app experiences that our players love. Please note: This role is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Creating end-to-end UX/UI specifications, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for native app and core platform features.
• Translating complex interaction challenges into robust, code-ready design systems and reusable component libraries for seamless engineering hand-offs.
• Leveraging AI-powered design tools to accelerate prototyping workflows, generative research synthesis, and documentation efficiency.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional platform engineers and product managers to validate designs through usability testing and data-driven insights.

What you will bring to the role:

• Proven track record designing consumer-facing mobile applications with a deep understanding of app design systems and component-based architectures.
• Demonstrated proficiency using modern UI/UX tools (such as Figma) alongside AI-assisted design and prototyping workflows.
• Solid understanding of front-end technical constraints, platform guidelines (iOS/Android/Web), and experience partnering closely with engineering teams.
• Strong background in user-centred design methodologies, rapid prototyping, and translating complex user journeys into intuitive digital products.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to articulate design rationale and work autonomously within a distributed, cross-functional team.
