Job summary

Arini is seeking a Product Control Developer to join our Warsaw team. You will design, develop and maintain applications that support valuation, PnL calculation and reporting across multiple systems and data sources.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in quantitative development or a similar technical role within financial services.
• Demonstrable experience with fixed income products and familiarity with trading PnL.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with experience building data pipelines and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain applications to support valuation, PnL calculation and reporting across multiple systems and data sources.
• Develop and enhance automated workflows for daily PnL calculation and attribution, incorporating market value movements, cash flows, trade lifecycle events, and FX movements.
• Build and maintain pricing, risk sensitivities and risk-based PnL attribution data for asset classes such as equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to source, validate and transform market and reference data for downstream reporting and valuation processes.
• Automate operational processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver robust solutions.
• Write robust production-level code focused on reliability, performance and maintainability.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable within the tech stack.
• Contribute to strategic technology initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
