DevBrother seeks an exceptional AI-Native Product Manager to own the Institutional Trading & Derivatives suite, blending deep financial domain mastery with cutting-edge AI orchestration. You will own end-to-end lifecycle—from discovery to client rollout—partnering with institutional clients, leveraging MCP integrations, autonomous agents, and SQL analytics to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• English: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced for high-stakes institutional communication.
• 4+ years of software product management experience in fintech, crypto trading platforms, or institutional finance.
• Domain: institutional trading infrastructure, derivatives, risk mechanics, margin, liquidity.
• B2B / client-facing delivery of white-label or enterprise products.
• AI-native mastery: practical use of modern agentic AI tools (MCP, Cursor, Claude Code).
• Data: ability to write SQL queries to measure feature performance and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of white-label institutional trading, derivatives, and risk infra.
• Leverage autonomous AI agents and MCP servers to automate research, specs, QA, and client delivery.
• Engage with institutional clients and partners to capture complex requirements and drive adoption.
• Drive features through discovery, system spec, engineering alignment, QA, launch and analytics.
• Query data and monitor metrics post-launch to optimize real client usage and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to align assumptions and roadmap.
