Arini Capital Management is seeking a Data Engineer with strong Python skills to join our growing team. You will develop datasets, build fast data delivery frameworks, and create tools for error checking and data visualization, focusing on robust production-grade code.

You will collaborate with the quant team and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions, with the role offering hybrid work (4 days in office, 1 day remote) in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of data/quant/software engineering experience.
• Strong numerical and problem solving skills.
• Exceptional Python programming and data processing with Pandas.
• Knowledge of additional data science packages (NumPy/Numba/Scipy).
• Demonstrated passion for technology and willingness to learn.
• Excellent time-management and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain datasets used by teams across the company.
• Build and enhance frameworks for delivering data quickly and reliably.
• Create tools for data error checking and visualization.
• Write robust, production-level code focused on reliability and performance.
• Contribute to data management and infrastructure decisions.
• Support quant team analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
• Ensure scalable and maintainable solutions within the tech stack.
