Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in operational procurement or supply chain management.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven reporting.
• Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written).
• Hands-on SAP knowledge; SAP Ariba is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PR to PO process for direct and indirect procurement in SAP.
• Monitor open POs, confirm orders, and process Goods Receipts (GR).
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely supplier payments.
• Maintain procurement reports and SAP master data per ABB standards.
• Support supplier lifecycle activities and cross-functional collaboration.
