Job summary

Infosys Poland is seeking a logistics/operations professional to support order and inventory management, document creation, and process migration initiatives. The role emphasizes SAP experience, strong Excel use, and effective stakeholder communication.

You will handle order creation/changes, stock checks with warehouses, and shipping documents while contributing to SOP development and training. Hybrid work model with two days in the office weekly is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with supply chain and/or logistics processes.
• English and Italian min B2 level (essential for client's communication purposes)
• Hands-on experience with SAP system (must have)
• Ability to create and maintain process documentation
• Participation in process migration projects is considered an asset
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to view processes from a broader perspective to clarify and simplify them
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders involved in the process
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Order management (creation/changes)
• Inventory management (checking stock availability- system /cooperation with warehouse, stock allocation)
• Creation of shipping documents / shipping instructions
• Managing customer disputes (any discrepancies)/ claims/processing return orders
• Orders monitoring from receipt till delivery
• Participation in Process Transition
• Knowledge Management – Creation of SOPs and training of other team members
