Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Procurement Specialist-Indirect Corporate Services to develop and implement global and regional sourcing strategies for Corporate Services, ensuring continuity and value across the business. The role requires a minimum 5 years in Sourcing/Procurement and fluency in English.

You will establish supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement guidelines while leading strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma from an accredited institution and extensive experience in Strategic Sourcing.
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance or Legal.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing global and regional sourcing strategies for Corporate Services to ensure business continuity and value creation.
• Establishing and managing supplier relationships that ensure cost and service benefits to the corporation.
• Negotiating and establishing effective supplier contract agreements, holding suppliers accountable to competitive prices, high quality and best-in-class service.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to prioritize activities for the successful integration of the procurement strategies for the assigned categories (Corporate Services) as well as overall sourcing guidelines and processes.
• Leading complex projects with high value and broad implications to the corporation.
