Job summary

Solventum seeks a Procurement Specialist-Indirect Corporate Services (m/f/*) to lead global and regional sourcing for Corporate Services, ensuring continuity and value.

You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement procurement strategies across the organization.

Remote work from Poland, travel up to 15%, relocation assistance possible; requires Bachelor’s or higher and at least five years' Sourcing experience; English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience in Strategic Sourcing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance or Legal.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global and regional sourcing strategies for Corporate Services.
• Establish and manage supplier relationships to drive cost efficiency and service quality.
• Negotiate and finalize supplier contracts with competitive prices and strong terms.

• Developing and implementing global and regional sourcing strategies for assigned categories (Corporate Services) to ensure business continuity and value creation
• Establishing and managing supplier relationships that ensure cost and service benefits to the corporation
• Negotiating and establishing effective supplier contract agreements, holding suppliers accountable to competitive prices, high quality and best-in-class service
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to prioritize activities for the successful integration of the procurement strategies for the assigned categories (Corporate Services) as well as overall sourcing guidelines and processes
• Leading complex projects as well as initiatives that have a high value and broad implication to the corporation

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma from an accredited institution and extensive experience in Strategic Sourcing
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance or Legal within a private, public, government or military environment
• Language fluency in English (both written and verbal)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics and Supply Chain from an accredited institution
• Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail
• Skilled written and oral communications
• Working knowledge of Corporate Services supplier markets
• Strong stakeholder management/influencing skills at a senior level
• Strong business, contract language and financial acumen
• Additional language capabilities in German, Italian and/or French
