Job summary

TD SYNNEX Poland is seeking a Sales Administration professional to own end-to-end sales admin tasks, including processing orders and interacting with Customers, Account Managers and internal departments in Kraków.

Key duties include handling portals, feeds, back orders, ensuring SLA compliance, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues while addressing escalations promptly.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of any customer related administration including the use of Portals, customer feeds and back order management.
• Ensure all orders/ amendments/ reports are actioned within agreed SLA's, providing an exceptional level of service to the customer.
• Develop strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments.
• Take responsibility for ensuring any escalations are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
• Take on any other duties as requested by their line manager to support the sales function to achieve agreed KPI's.
