TD SYNNEX Poland is seeking a Junior Credit Analyst to support assessments of customer creditworthiness and monitor risk while enabling sales opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, insurers, and customers to maintain records and aid credit decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and numerical skills.
• Good attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within Credit Management.

Responsibilities

• Review customer credit information and support credit limit assessments for new and existing customers.
• Assist onboarding new customer accounts, including data verification, blacklist screening, and compliance checks.
• Request and maintain insured credit limits with external insurance providers.
• Communicate credit decisions and account updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor customer payment behaviour and support updates to customer credit limits when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and contribute ideas to improve internal processes.

About The Role

As a Junior Credit Analyst, you will support the assessment and monitoring of customer creditworthiness while helping the business minimise risk and maximise sales opportunities. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, insurance providers, and customers to maintain accurate records and support credit‑related decision‑making.

You will join a team of professionals who will provide training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Fluent English and Polish

• Good attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to prioritise tasks
• Eagerness to learn and build a career within Credit Management
• Previous experience in credit, finance, administration, or customer‑facing roles is an advantage but not required
• SAP knowledge is a plus
