Job summary

TD SYNNEX Poland is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a 10-15 person software team across .NET and React. This people-lead role focuses on coaching, architecture, and strategic delivery rather than day-to-day coding. You will guide initiatives in Digital Commerce across Europe, shaping scalable and secure eCommerce platforms.

You will partner with product managers and architects, drive best practices, and help grow talent in a multinational environment with hybrid work options.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of 10-15 Software Engineers across .NET and React technologies.

This is a people leadership role, not a hands‑on development position. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and growing the team while providing technical direction and architectural guidance to ensure the successful delivery of strategic Digital Commerce initiatives supporting TD SYNNEX across Europe.

Working closely with Product Managers, Architects and Engineering leaders, you will help drive the delivery of scalable, secure and modern eCommerce solutions that support one of the world's largest technology distributors.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 10-15 Software Engineers (.NET & React)
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture
• Drive delivery of European Digital Commerce projects and strategic platform initiatives
• Partner with Product Managers, Architects and business stakeholders across Europe
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership, with a strong focus on the .NET ecosystem
• Support engineering best practices, code quality and solution design without being involved in day-to-day coding
• Manage team capacity, delivery planning, priorities and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, DevOps and Architecture teams

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years leading software engineering teams
• Previous hands‑on experience as a .NET / C# Software Engineer or Technical Lead
• Strong understanding of .NET, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices and modern software architecture
• Experience leading Agile engineering teams delivering enterprise software
• Excellent people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Azure is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Generative AI, AI-assisted software development, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, Semantic Kernel, LangChain or similar AI frameworks
• Experience working with distributed, multicultural teams across multiple European countries
