You’ll combine hands-on technical skills with strong incident and stakeholder management, ensuring issues are triaged, investigated, communicated and resolved, with the underlying aim to prevent a re-occurance.You’ll work closely with Engineering, DevOps, Security, QA, and Business teams, acting as a key operational representative within the Digital Business unit.
