Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków seeks a procurement professional to advance spend and volume analysis, implement category strategy, and drive cost efficiency across international operations.

You will oversee the SPOT BUY process and lead bidding for airfreight services, collaborating with multiple stakeholders while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Supply Chain, Economics, Procurement or equivalent fields.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement sourcing in an international environment.
• Experience in Logistics, Airfreight transportation is preferred.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher).
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge; VBA/Power BI a plus.
• Experience using AI in analysis and day-to-day work.

Skills & Capabilities

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the area of procurement sourcing in international environment.
• Experience in Logistics, Airfreight transportation is preferred.
• Fluent command of English (C1 or higher)
• Strong analytical skills, solid knowledge and experience in using Excel is a must. Experience with using VBA or Power BI would be an advantage.

• Ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from analyses performed
