Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków is seeking a payroll professional to ensure data accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely social security filings. You will support employees and managers via MyPMI and collaborate with local and global HR teams to deliver reliable payroll services.

The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, compliance with Polish Labour Law, and participation in cross-functional payroll initiatives within PMI's global operations.

Qualifications

• University graduate with strong Microsoft Office skills and experience in professional services is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese and understanding of payroll legislation are highly valued.
• Able to navigate payroll rules, data accuracy, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Good communication and planning skills; capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and implement legislative changes to ensure payroll data correctness and statutory compliance.
• Report remunerations to Social Security Authority ensuring compliance with Labour Law.
• Process changes on Social Security website with accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency.
• Handle MyPMI customer queries, guiding employees and managers on P&C principles.
• Collaborate with EC and local P&C managers to ensure proper employee management.
• Participate in local and global initiatives and support deployment in the affiliate.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Follow up and process legislative changes to ensure that payroll data correctness and adherence to all statutory requirements
• Reports remunerations to Social Security Authority ensuring respect of Labour Law and PMI procedures ensuring correct and timelydata processing
• Perform / Upload Changes on Social Security website to the highest level ofaccuracy,confidentialityand consistency, in line with local legislation
• Register and process customer queries incoming through MyPMI. Guide customer Employees and Managers in understanding and applying P&C principles and practices, as well as in initiating respective processes through the MyPMI.
• Closely cooperates with EC, local P&C Managers by providing them with all information and services required to ensure proper management of employees
• Participates to Local and global initiatives/projects, supports thedeploymentin the affiliate collaborating with other functions
