Job summary

ABB Poland is seeking a Procurement Associate to support end-to-end procurement within the Strategic Supply Unit. You will manage PO lifecycle, supplier relationships, and drive efficiency through reporting and data analysis, contributing to digital transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with planning, logistics, sourcing, finance and master data teams to meet objectives while ensuring compliance with ABB policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Knowledge of SAP and office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities including PO management and supplier communication.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in quality and delivery.
• Analyze procurement and logistics data, develop reports and KPIs.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives in procurement.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, sourcing, finance and master data teams.
• Ensure compliance with ABB policies and ethical standards.
