Job summary

ABB is seeking a proactive procurement professional to support end-to-end purchasing, supplier coordination, and inbound logistics within the Strategic Supply Unit. The role blends daily operational tasks with continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives, reporting to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager.

You will analyze data, develop KPIs, drive process optimization, and collaborate across planning, sourcing, finance, and master data teams while ensuring compliance with ABB policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities including PO management and supplier communications.
• Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze procurement data, develop reports and KPIs to support decision-making.
