The Procurement Operations Junior Specialist provides operational support, process expertise, and business enablement services across the Indirect Materials & Services (IMS) organization. The role acts as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, supporting effective execution of procurement-related processes, systems, supplier data activities, and governance requirements. It ensures a consistent user experience while promoting compliance, operational excellence, and adoption of global standards.
The role combines operational support, application expertise, supplier master data governance, knowledge management, and continuous improvement responsibilities within a single service-oriented function. It contributes to the development and evolution of the IMS operating model by supporting digitalization, simplification, automation, and user enablement initiatives across global business operations.
