Job summary

MOL Group Polska is seeking a Procurement Specialist / Lead Buyer to manage supplier relations, lead S2C processes, and collaborate with Category Managers on procurement strategies. The role is located in Gdańsk and involves coordinating plans, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with Legal and Tax requirements.

Based in an international environment, you will work with MOL Group tools like SAP GOP and SAP Ariba, and you will be responsible for sustaining efficient procurement

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing, incl. 1 year as Buyer or Category Manager.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and category management.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, tendering, and supplier selection processes.
• Knowledge of negotiation techniques and contract management practices.
• Experience in preparing and analyzing procurement and contract documentation.
• Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English for international communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and qualify them.
• Support internal stakeholders and business units with procurement needs.
• Collaborate with MOL Group Category Managers on category strategies.
• Plan non-fuel purchases and prepare procurement plans.
• Manage Source-to-Contract processes and RFx activities.
• Negotiate terms, prepare contracts and amendments, and coordinate approvals.
• Provide procurement reports and archiving of documents.
• Oversee procurement activities within the team and monitor KPIs.
