Job summary

Gcore in Poland is seeking a Procurement Manager for the Data Centre and Connectivity Domain. You will own the end-to-end procurement and contract lifecycle for connectivity and data centre services, including sourcing, onboarding, negotiation, execution, and performance management.

This hands-on role focuses on operational excellence, timely renewals, cost control, supplier compliance, and collaboration with legal, finance, and technical teams to align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full contract lifecycle from market engagement to execution and performance tracking.
• Ensure timely renewals, renegotiations, and proactive contract management to avoid disruptions.
• Drive contract compliance, enforce SLAs, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a contract calendar for renewals, extensions, and savings opportunities.
• Lead sourcing activities including RFx, supplier evaluation, and award recommendations.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and internal stakeholder alignment for timely service implementation.
• Ensure procurement transactions comply with policies and are well documented.
• Develop and track procurement KPIs for ongoing performance.
