Job summary

Böehringer Ingelheim GmbH is offering a paid 6-month Internship in the Procurement Department in Wrocław. You will learn core Source to Pay workflows, assist in daily tasks, and gain hands-on experience with procurement tools and systems.

As an intern, you will work on purchase orders, records, and reports, while attending trainings, participating in meetings, and supporting process improvements. English proficiency (B1) is required and German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in preparing purchase orders and ensuring timely approvals.
• Supporting maintenance of accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Participating in team and country meetings.
• Participating in trainings and workshops.
• Handling multiple data entries in the system.
• Supporting projects, research activities, and team engagement initiatives.
• Preparing and analyzing reports.
• Identifying and supporting the implementation of process improvements.
• Responding to queries from internal employees concerning the Procurement process.
• Supporting additional tasks related to Plant Maintenance (e.g., Purchase Info Records creation and updates).
