Job summary

ABB in Kraków is seeking a Procurement Business Support Intern to provide first-line support for procurement digital tools and to handle ServiceNow tickets. You will assist with workflows, PR submissions, catalog requests and goods receipt bookings, gaining hands-on experience in a global procurement environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, escalate complex issues to L2, and contribute to continuous process improvements while developing problem-solving, stakeholder

Qualifications

• Active student in a related field with ongoing studies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, procurement processes, or ERP systems is a plus.

Procurement Business Support Intern

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for procurement digital tools by handling basic ServiceNow tickets
• Resolve issues related to workflows, purchase requisition (PR) submissions, stuck PRs, catalog requests, and goods receipt booking
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other departments to ensure timely ticket resolution
• Escalate complex or technical issues to second‑line (L2) support teams
• Monitor support requests and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Support day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities within the Procurement team

Requirements

• Active student status, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders
• Customer‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, procurement processes, or ERP systems is a plus
