Job summary

Roche in Warsaw is seeking a proactive procurement professional to join the Delivery Support Team (DST). You will act as a reliable partner delivering end-to-end process expertise and driving operational excellence across projects from creation to savings reporting.

You will manage projects in myBuy, coordinate with vendors, onboard suppliers, and support automation initiatives while collaborating with Procurement Managers and category teams on demand, spend and savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Operations & SCM.
• Professional training such as a 3-year office communication clerk apprenticeship.
• Additional qualification in purchasing/materials management or related degree.
• Minimum 2 years procurement experience; Capex engineering is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational support for projects from creation to savings reporting.
• Create projects, RFx, and contracts in myBuy; coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor onboarding and maintain savings records using IEM Tracker.
• Handle CDA processing, RSS escalations, audit support, and tail-end sourcing.
• Maintain dialogue with Procurement Managers and category teams on demand, spend and savings.
• Support digital-solution implementations and drive automation and process simplification.

Position

As a member of the Delivery Support Team (DST), you will act as a reliable global procurement partner, delivering end-to-end process expertise and operational excellence. We are looking for a proactive professional who can empower Procurement Managers to focus on high-value impact activities, contributing to operational efficiency through automation and process simplification.

The Opportunity

• Provide end-to-end operational support for initiatives from project creation through to savings reporting and signature
• Create projects, RFx, and contracts in myBuy, and coordinate communication with vendors and stakeholders
• Manage vendor onboarding and maintain savings records using the IEM Tracker
• Handle standard activity clusters, including CDA processing, RSS escalations, audit support, and tail-end sourcing
• Maintain a continuous dialogue with Procurement Managers and category teams regarding demand, spend, and savings
• Support digital-solution implementations and contribute to internal automation and process-simplification initiatives

Who you are

• You have completed second-level education or equivalent - hold a Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Operations & SCM
• You hold a professional training qualification, such as a 3-year apprenticeship as an office communication clerk
• You possess additional training as a specialist in purchasing and materials management, or a Bachelor’s degree
• You have at least 2 years of procurement experience (experience in Capex Engineering is a plus)
• Fluent in English and German
