Duties and Responsibilities
- Working closely with Supply Chain Team Leads to run the Supply Chain department
- Working closely with Buyers and Senior Buyers to assist in purchase orders placement (analysis, data collection)
- Provide support in checking deliveries against purchase orders to ensure that all materials have arrived intact and in the ordered quantity
- Manage the creation of new vendors in the Approved Supplier List in due coordination with Buyers and with a commercial pillar to ensure compliance with sourcing strategies
- Provide support in resolving issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices in due coordination with Accounts Payable
- Closely collaborate with internal customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Report achievements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Provide additional support where required to deliver the best possible service to internal and external customers
- Other tasks delegated by Manager and Team Leader
Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
- Student status (bachelor or master in business administration, management, economics, philology or highly technical areas)
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English and one additional language (Spanish, Italian, or French)
- Availability to work a minimum of 20‑30 hours a week
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and collaboration skills, team‑player spirit
- Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Systematic, open‑minded, reliable person
- Ability to multitask, proactively identify and solve issues
