Job summary

Energizer is seeking a Buyer to support global strategy development through rigorous analysis and supplier management. You will lead category/supplier management, assist in cost targets, and help shape procurement approaches for assigned sub-categories and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include quantitative analysis, developing profiles, maintaining supplier scorecards, and supporting negotiations and NPD-related procurement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience managing projects.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with quantitative analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication with storytelling ability.
• Ability to drive change in a decentralized organization with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analysis and develop category and supplier profiles.
• Support negotiations and cost model development for categories and suppliers.
• Lead supplier relationship activities and risk management.
• Track procurement performance metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to implement sourcing strategies.
