Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment representative to centralize procurement support and ensure timely, accurate processing across SAP OTC/GEMS, SAP SRM and Ariba.

You’ll manage master data, supplier changes, and spend reporting to enable the team to focus on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in procurement, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP and Ariba.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• 3+ years of procurement and supply chain experience.
• Experience with sourcing operations, technology, and systems within procurement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project and time management.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP and Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment representative ensuring procurement support and driving centralization of tasks.
• Communicate timely via emails, calls and precise notes across tasks.
• Support supplier conversations and drive procurement tech implementations.
• Backfill as primary or secondary team member when needed.
• Lead spend profiling, data maintenance and reporting in SAP and Ariba.

Position Summary

Fulfillment representative’s complete tactical action requests ensuring proper Procurement support. This is a key role in centralizing tasks that allow the department to focus on strategic requirements.

Responsibilities

This position requires a colleague with strong systems, process, project management, time management and communication skills. Timely and consistent communication updates ensure requests are completed efficiently. Required communication includes emails, phone calls, and precise work notes being captured within assigned tasks. Additional responsibilities include trouble‑shooting incomplete requests, supporting proper request submission, leading applicable supplier conversations, helping to drive the implementation of key procurement technologies, and acting as primary or secondary team backfill.

• Initiate Supply Risk Actions (Rapid Ratings and D&B)
• Materials Specification Repository Maintenance

What we are looking for

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement and supply chain
• Experience in sourcing operations, technology, and systems within procurement
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven project and time management
• Strong analytics skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP and Ariba

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 3+ years Preferred - Working with others to translate and advocate procurement initiatives
• 3+ years Preferred - Demonstrating high levels of collaboration, demonstration, and ability to effectively work across teams to achieve objectives
• Experience in category management, line management, manufacturing, planning, sourcing
