Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Buyer to help shape global strategy through supplier and cost analysis. You will conduct quantitative analysis in Excel, Power BI, and dashboards to drive decisions.

You will develop category profiles, support negotiations, and contribute to supplier risk management and New Product Development for assigned sub-categories. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of project experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking with measurable results.
• Excellent oral and written communication with storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analysis using Excel, PowerBi, and dashboards.
• Develop category and supplier profiles and present to leadership/stakeholders.
• Ensure supplier scorecards are up to date and maintain accurate information.
• Support negotiations and cost modeling across assigned categories.
• Support New Product Development and supplier risk management for assigned sub-categories.
