We are looking for a diligent, analytical, and proactive individual to join our team as a Procure to Pay (PTP) Processor.
Enter data from documents received into company systems.
Reconcile documents received with data maintained in IT systems.
Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
Run and distribute reports extracted from company systems.
Communicate with stakeholders to clarify and resolve data differences.
The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Knowledge of one of the following languages at least on B2 level (mainly email communication): German, Spanish or Portuguese
Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
Ideally student status but not necessary.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Organizational and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Experience in reporting, reconciliation, or administrative processes.
Prior experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities.
