Job summary

Accenture is offering a paid Procure to Pay (PTP) Processor internship in Warsaw with flexible hours and a mix of remote/onsite work. You will enter data from documents, reconcile with IT systems and support reporting for international teams.

The program runs for several months, with potential for long-term employment after the internship. Ideal candidates are students with strong English and Portuguese, and solid MS Office skills.

THE WORK

• We are looking for a diligent, analytical, and proactive individual to join our team as a Procure to Pay (PTP) Processor.
• Enter data from documents received into company systems.
• Reconcile documents received with data maintained in IT systems.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
• Run and distribute reports extracted from company systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify and resolve data differences.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Portuguese language skills at minimum B2 level (mainly email communication).
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week during afternoon shifts.
• Student status preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience in reporting, reconciliation, or administrative processes.
• Prior experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities.
