Job summary

Accenture Poland is offering a paid internship for a diligent Procure to Pay (PTP) Processor. You will enter data from documents into company systems, reconcile information, and investigate discrepancies to keep data aligned with IT records.

You will work with stakeholders, run reports, and have flexibility with a mix of remote and onsite work. The program includes mentorship, potential for a full-time role, and online training to develop your business and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of one of the following languages at least on B2 level (mainly email communication): German, Spanish or Portuguese
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
• Ideally student status but not necessary
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Enter data from documents received into company systems.
• Reconcile documents received with data maintained in IT systems.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
• Run and distribute reports extracted from company systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify and resolve data differences.
