Job summary

Emerson in Poland is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize and continuously improve manufacturing processes using Lean principles, supporting production teams, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

You will collaborate with Quality, Production, and other departments, lead new product introductions, develop documentation, and monitor KPIs to ensure quality, cost, and delivery goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–3 years in a similar Process Engineer role in an international manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create technical manufacturing documents.
• Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Optimize and improve manufacturing processes with Lean principles.
• Analyze and resolve production issues using corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop production employees through process knowledge and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and supervise production areas ensuring repeatability and quality.
• Lead new product introductions and process launches.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and process standards.
• Provide technical support across Production, Quality, and other departments.
• Collaborate with Quality on customer complaints, audits, and improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and OEE to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in NPD projects including process design and validation.
• Represent Process Engineering during audits.
• Support implementation of new machinery and production technologies.
